I’ll share the tools and tricks you need to become a magnificent manifester. To better understand all that’s right with your brain, all the science behind optimal thinking and why, scientifically, manifesting does work!

Meet your teacher: Poppy Jamie
Hello! I’m Poppy Jamie, the founder of the Happy Not Perfect app - a jam-packed resource for tools to better manage your mental health - and the Not Perfect podcast. I also recently released my book Happy Not Perfect - Upgrade Your Mind, Challenge Your Thoughts, and Free Yourself From Anxiety. Before this, I was a serial entrepreneur and full-time slave to stress, anxiety, and burnout. I know first-hand just how much you can end up sacrificing while living the life you think you want. I achieved everything I set my mind to - was a first-class manifester, you might say - but I was also deeply unhealthy and unhappy. My life was unsustainable; feeding on a diet of toxic thoughts, toxic food, and toxic relationships.
But now here I am, after five years of researching, learning from some of the very best in the mental health space, to help others befriend their minds and design the future they truly want. A sustainable, fulfilling life that unlocks your deepest potential and wildest dreams.
All of this course’s content has wholeheartedly transformed my life, and I’m so excited to help you along your own journey.
How can you become your best self and achieve everything you want? Isn’t that life’s greatest question? That’s why I created this workshop and this is your first step to co-creating the future you want, harnessing your mind to work for you - not against you. In this introductory session, I touch on my own journey with mental health, success, and manifestation, and talk about the lessons I learned along the way.
Lesson one: Introduction
If you’re living and breathing, you’re manifesting, whether you realise it or now. In this session, we explore what manifesting actually means, and begin to recognise just how prevalent it is in all of our daily lives.
What is manifesting?
In our second session, we cover the essential changes manifestation will make across your life. By exploring the ways your conditioning is currently influencing your behaviour, we’ll break down exactly what it means to start consciously living life by design as opposed to living by default and repeating your past.
Why Manifesting Is Essential
Everything in life has an energy attached to it. And in this session, we explore what this means for your outlook on life and your ability to manifest. If positivity breeds positivity, and abundance creates more abundance, how can you get yourself in the ultimate manifesting mindset?
Manifesting energy - the law of attraction explained
One of the greatest revelations on my own manifestation journey was the realisation that our brains can physically change as we develop our mindset and behaviour. In this session, I break down the idea of neuroplasticity and how we can start using our biology to our advantage.

We CAN change our brains
Despite what we like to think, we aren’t as clued up on ourselves as you’d probably expect. Each and every day, we’re individually growing and evolving. And in this session, we explore the importance of flexibility when choosing what to manifest.
Get to know yourself
Now that we understand who we are and how our mind works, it’s time to take the next step and begin to manifest the life that we truly desire. The next two sessions show you what to manifest and how to create that future bias, also known as mind training.
How do we manifest?
It’s time to get creative. Creating an action board puts all that you desire at the forefront of your mind. It helps you to better visualise the future you want. In this session, I talk you through why an action board is so powerful and help you create your own.
Visualisation and letting go
If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. In this session, we’ll explore the power of visualisation. How visualising everything you want to manifest brings you one step closer to making them a reality. And also how important it is to let your desires go. To allow them the breathing room needed to come to fruition.

Manifesting in action
What so many manifestation guides and courses fail to mention is what happens once you’ve done all the initial work. In this session, I explain the concept of Manifesting In Action and explore how your daily decision-making holds the keys to the future you want.

To close this workshop off, I call on some expert manifesters I know and love to share their own tips and experiences with manifesting.

What will I need for this course?
All you will need for this course is yourself, some patience, and an open and curious mind. A pen, paper (or Notes app!), magazines, and pinboard are optional and will prove valuable for certain sessions, but are by no means necessary.
I also really recommend you participate in these sessions during periods of focused time alone. The fewer distractions around you, the better for your learning!
How long will the course take to complete?
The beauty of this course is that you can take it at your own pace. Whether you want to designate an afternoon, day, or week to each session, the choice is entirely yours.
The lessons themselves are concise and easy to slot into your day, but there’s a wide variety of information and concepts to unpack in your own time, as well as exercises I recommend you undertake to ensure you’re getting the very most out of all the sessions.
How long will I have access to the course materials?
Forever! Throughout the course, I suggest the importance of revisiting certain exercises to check in with yourself. You’ll have access to all course materials for as long as you need, from any compatible device.
